Return Process

  Log into your SalomonGCC account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package for faster processing.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot through our courier portal, and a representative will collect the package directly from your doorstep at no additional cost.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
